Wimbley Property Services - Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
Wimbley Property Services offers commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, pooper scooper services, and trash valet services. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at the company’s discretion.
2. Payments & Fees
A deposit may be required at the discretion of Wimbley Property Services.
Accepted payment methods: cash, debit, and credit cards.
Late fees will apply for overdue invoices (amount and timeline to be determined by the company).
All payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Wimbley Property Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.
A $50 lockout fee will be charged if access to the property is not granted at the scheduled time.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
No refunds are available.
Clients must report any issues within 8 hours of service completion. While Wimbley Property Services will attempt to resolve issues, resolution is not guaranteed.
5. Liability & Damages
Wimbley Property Services is insured for damages caused by its team.
The company is not responsible for normal wear and tear or damages discovered after cleaning.
Clients must disclose any pre-existing damage or fragile items before service.
6. Property Access & Security
Clients must provide necessary access (keys, entry codes, etc.) before the scheduled service.
Failure to provide access will result in a $50 lockout fee.
Clients should secure pets before service begins.
7. Service Limitations
The cleaning team will not move large furniture; they will clean around it.
The team does not clean clutter or handle animal waste.
Bathtubs and showers must have working plumbing for cleaning services to be provided.
If there is a discrepancy in the service request (e.g., the property size or condition is different from what was disclosed), Wimbley Property Services reserves the right to cancel the service upon arrival.
8. Privacy Policy
Client information will not be shared with third parties.
Personal data will be used solely for service coordination and billing purposes.
9. Amendments
Wimbley Property Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
By booking a service with Wimbley Property Services, the client agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
